appropriate print based and online presence that can be used as a focal point of your design practise, professional communications and visual identity. Think about how you can stand out from the rest, make yourself recognisable and communicate your professionalism as well as your creativity. You will also need to include relevant contact details. Your design presence should consist of
Part 1- Visual identity- Range of stationary and promo material. Simple but effective visual identity that communicates the essence of your creative image and details about your emerging design practise. May include logo or bespoke typeface
Part 2- Your promo pack- A promo pack that communicates your skills, abilities creative concerns and professional competencies to appropriate sectors of the creative and cultural industries. Should include business card, introductory info

How much do you charge?

What and how you charge will take into consideration many things…
-What is your experience in the field of graphic design or with specific type of project?
-What do you feel the final project will be worth
-What are the exact project specification the particular client has provided?
-What is the estimated amount of time such a project will take for completion?
-What are the methods to be used to execute the project?
-What do you need to charge to cover your overhead cost and expenses on such a job?
-How badly do you want the project?
-What prices will the the local geographic market will bear?
-What are competitive rate in your local area for similar work/
-How much is the client willing to pay? 
-What are you providing the client in the way of rights to use the design for future purposes?
-Is the client a for-profit or non profit entity, and do you price such work differently?

What liabilities do you incur?
How financial things must you put in place?
What records must you keep?
Will you pay taxes?

These areas will need to be researched.
Document all your research individually on your pop blogs

Get a plan together of what you will need to communicate to inform the people you will be presenting to. Info that is clear and considered that will present your business in a concise, interesting and completely rounded style, Remember your tone of voice
